SURE 2012 Application:

1. Download the word file: SUREapp13.docx

2. Type/cut and paste text and images into the document in order to generate your proposal.

3.  E-mail your single, complete and final application, in word document format, as an email attachment to hayes115@marshall.edu  with filename SUREapp13yourname (where you substitute your last name for ‘your name.’) by 5pm on February 22^nd.

4. Download the letter of recommendation form SURE13LetRec.docx
 
5. Change the filename to SURE13Letyourname (where the applicants last name (your last name) is substituted for 'your name,’) and send the blank file to your mentor and arrange to have your mentor fill out the mentor letter of recommendation and email the completed form to hayes115@marshall.edu by 5p.m. on the due date (February 22^nd).
