Virtual Town Hall

The Campus Master Plan is the product of an inclusive process that will involve a broad spectrum of campus leaders, including all deans, representatives of all campus constituencies, and our local communities. Feedback from these constituents is a critical component of the Master Planning process.  Please use the following link to our virtual town hall to share your ideas. This will allow us to plan corroboratively, from the privacy of your own home, school or workplace.

Schedule

There are five phases to the planning schedule. They include Discovery, Analysis, Idea Generation, Refinement and Documentation.

Planning Teams

The following committee structure is in place to conduct a collaborative planning process, solicit input, stimulate discussion and create a sense of ownership. In addition, specific focus groups may be established to assist the Smith-Group JJR team in addressing specific master plan issues throughout the process.
