Graduate Curriculum Forms-Due Dates

Please follow your college submission requirements, obtain signatures,  then submit directly to Graduate Council.

DUE DATES FOR CURRICULUM AND CATALOG CHANGES

• Electronic and signed hard copy change requests are due to the Graduate Council Chair (Dr. Tracy Christofero, TM) two weeks before the next Graduate Council meeting,
• Catalog change requests for the next new catalog are due no later than two weeks before the final Graduate Council meeting of the academic year.
