Applications for courses that have not previously held this designation need to be made using the university Course Change or Course Addition Forms (http://www.marshall.edu/senate/ucc/) with the materials below appended.

On the Course Change form, explanation of adding the [international or multicultural] designation needs to be explained beside the “Change in Course Number” as well as in the “Explanation” section. On the Course Addition Form, next to “First Term to be Offered” please put in “Designator: _____” and the appropriate designation thereafter.

(1) A page addressing how the course addresses MC Studies Content Requirements, as illustrated in the blank matrix below:
