Bachelor of Science - Exercise Science
The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science program provides a world of opportunity for students interested in health and fitness, athletic performance, and the clinical settings dealing with the management of patients with chronic disease. This program allows students to focus on one of three areas: exercise physiology, health and wellness or strength and conditioning.
Exercise Science is a scientific program of study that focuses on the anatomical, biomechanical, and physiological aspects of human movement with applications to exercise and therapeutic rehabilitation. It is a multi-disciplinary field of study with strong collaboration with basic science research, medicine, and clinical (e.g., cardiovascular disease and diabetes) and normal population (e.g., athlete and recreational athlete).
