
Bachelor of Science in Cytotechnology (BS CYT)
The Bachelor of Science in Cytotechnology (BS CYT) program prepares students to stain and analyze body cells under the microscope for changes that indicate disease. They work in hospitals, clinics and private physicians’ laboratories. The program requires students to complete three years of academic curriculum and then apply for one year of hospital-based training. Upon successful completion, students are eligible for agencies’ certification exams.
