CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: FRIDAY, August 16, 2013
Students registering through Wednesday, August 7 will be mailed a billing statement
Failure to pay fees by the DUE DATE specified on the statement will result in the assessment of an additional $25.00 late charge, applicable through the close of business on Friday, August 16
Failure to pay fees by the CANCELLATION DATE of August 16 specified on the statement will result in cancellation of class schedule

Credit card and personal check payment may also be made online through CA$Htrack. You must have your Student ID and PIN numbers available when paying online. Please contact our office at 304-696-6620 or 800-438-5389 if you have any questions regarding your account.

Change in Refund Policy

Marshall University would like to make you aware of an important upcoming change regarding refunds for classes dropped after the schedule adjustment period*.

Effective with the Fall 2013 semester, after the schedule adjustment period for a term closes, a student must completely withdraw from all registered courses in order to receive any refund of tuition and fees. The University will no longer refund tuition and fees for individual classes dropped after the schedule adjustment period ends.

*The schedule adjustment period is defined as the first week of classes in the Fall and Spring semesters, and typically the first day of classes for each summer session.
